Cooking is your expedition economy

The developer tutorial explicitly calls food the most important survival resource. Ingredients come from farming, fishing, foraging, animals and processing, so dumping every harvest for gold can leave you unable to push dangerous areas.

Secret Sauce

Current data lists Secret Sauce as a cooking ingredient that can be made by processing an Eyeball in a Grinder/Windmill, bought from the General Store, or foraged in the Mall Mine. Because this is a searched item, we keep the acquisition routes together instead of splitting each into a thin page.

Full-release caution

The current wiki still contains placeholder/incomplete cooking rows. This guide deliberately omits those rather than guessing recipe quantities.
