Characters, Friendship & Romance: What Is Confirmed
A conservative relationship guide that separates current schedules and on-screen meetings from full-release romance promises.
Romance is officially part of the full game
The current Steam page says you can befriend or romance locals and even marry one. That is stronger than older 2025 developer posts, which still described romance as in design. Heart thresholds, spouse rules and final event chains are not confirmed for the Sep 10 build.
Meetings you can already see
Steam store screenshots already show named town conversations:
- Tanner on an autumn street, talking about school ending.
- Sam at a bus stop at dusk, unsure whether you went to school together.
- A library conversation with an older resident who offers information.
- Alice appearing in an indoor hallway scene.
Those are on-screen identities, not a finished romance roster.

What is already useful before release
Current wiki data contains NPC schedules and gift preferences for some residents. That helps friendship grinding. It is not the same thing as a marriage guide.
Tanner’s current wiki schedule is a town-loop list (outskirts, carpenter, bus stop near home, Greystone Estates, flower shop, pet shop, and the saloon on some afternoons / weekends). When it rains or snows, the wiki says he stays home. Treat that as demo/wiki routing, not a 1.0 promise.
Characters with current data
The wiki lists residents including Tanner, Farmer Hans, Klaus, Henrietta, Father Desmond, the Tax Man, the Travelling Merchant and Akira. Completeness of gift tables varies. Other town names that already appear in current location notes include Dave, Amelia, Martin, Abigail, Billy, Adrian, Jeannie, Rachel and Dan.

Final romanceable roster, roommate/spouse housing rules and missable heart events stay on the Sep 10 recheck list.
